Rare Emperors and Usurpers

This collection includes the rarest of the legitimate Roman Emperors as well as the Usurpers. In most cases, the coinage of these individuals does not survive in an excellent state of preservation or with finely styled portraits. Instead, their coins are characterized by their extreme rarity and by their value as historical source material for these individuals who in some cases are barely known outside of their coinage.
